  • What is Land Use Charge? (Enugu State)

    To prevent the menace of double taxation; and to improve the ease of doing business in the state; the Land Use Charge (Ammendment) Law, No 7, 2016, Laws of Enugu State mandates the collection of a consolidated land use Charge which replaces the Tenement rate and Ground rent.

    You Can Verify Your Property Identification Number You can Search for your Property Identification Number by Area and LGA You can apply for your Property to be Tagged You can download the Property Ownership Form You can pay you Land Use Charge (From 2018 upwards) with your Nigeria Debit Card< You can also download your Land Use Charge Assessment and Pay via Enugu-Paydirect (In any bank) You Can download your e-Revenue Receipts You can also See other Assessments and read You can Resolve a Claim Error or Mistake You Can see the Pictures; and Identify your Property Over Google Map (Once identified)

  • Where can i Pick Up a Manual Copy of the Form ?

    If you are an individual or an organization; you would pick up the Update Form from the IRS head office or No 13 Coal City Garden Estate Enugu; or possibly some designated banks.

  • Can i pay from any where in the world ?

    It is possible to pay with your debit card or via funds transfer with Paydirect. You must not be physically present in Enugu to comply. All you need to know is your property identification number. To request for your Property Identification Number Click Here

  • What is PID?

    PID Stands for Property Identification Number.

  • My Property has not been tagged. How can I Apply for Property ID ?

    Click Here to Request to have your property enumerated online. It takes less than 2 minutes to Apply.

  • How Can I Update My Property / Contact Information ?

    To Update Your Property Information please follow these steps:
    1. Download the Property Update Form here
    2. Fill the appropraite form (Individual or Corporate)
    3. Submit at the address listed here. Or scan the completed form and send vie email to properties@epluc.ng

  • How Can I Verify a LUC Bill Online ?

    To Verify a Land Use Chrage (LUC) Bill Online please follow these steps:
    1. Click here to Log into your Dashboard
    2. Enter the Property ID. This should be shown on your bill
    3. Select the Local Government Area from the list
    4. Click the Green Proceed Button at the bottom of page
    5. If it is your first time of using the service, then you MAY need to update your contact details
    6. Click View All Bills on your dashboard

  • How Can I Make Payment for a LUC Bill?

    To Make Payment for any bill issued for your property please follow these steps:
    1. Click here to Log into your Dashboard
    2. Enter the Property ID. This should be shown on your bill
    3. Select the Local Government Area from the list
    4. Click the Green Proceed Button at the bottom of page
    5. If it is your first time of using the service, then you MAY need to update your contact details
    6. Click View All Bills on your dashboard
    7. Click the Pay button that corresponds to the bill you want to make payment for
    8. You can take the EPRR to the bank to make payment or Click Pay Online to make payment with your Nigerian Debit Card
    9. If you decide to make payment at the bank, you can download the Bill to have your EPRR handy.

  • How Can I Download an e-Revenue Receipt after LUC Payment

    To download your e-Revenue Receipt please follow these steps:
    1. Click here to Log into your Dashboard
    2. Enter the Property ID. This should be shown on your bill
    3. Select the Local Government Area from the list
    4. Click the Green Proceed Button at the bottom of page
    5. Click My Payments on the navigation tab, then click Payment Receipts
    6. Enter your EPRR or Payment Reference then click the Search Button
    7. Your Bill detail will be displayed. Now Click Download Receipt.

  • How Can I Confirm my Property ID ?

    To confirm your Property ID please follow these steps:
    1. Click here to Log into your Dashboard
    2. Enter the Property ID you have.
    3. Select the Local Government Area from the list
    4. Click the Green Proceed Button at the bottom of page
    5. You should be logged into your Dashboard where you can verify your details
    6. If you are not logged in, then your Property ID may be wrong. Try again or contact us at epluc@irs.en.gov.ng

  • How Can I View and Download my LUC Bill Online ?

    To View and Download your LUC Bill Online please follow these steps: 1. Click here to Log into your Dashboard
    2. Enter the Property ID. This should be shown on your bill
    3. Select the Local Government Area from the list
    4. Click the Green Proceed Button at the bottom of page
    5. If it is your first time of using the service, then you MAY need to update your contact details
    6. Click View All Bills on your dashboard
    7. Click the Action button that corresponds to the bill you want to view or download
    8. Now select View Details or Download Bill

  • How can I view the picture and details of my property online ?

    To view the picture and details of your property online please follow these steps:
    1. Click here to Log into your Dashboard
    2. Enter the Property ID. This should be shown on your bill
    3. Select the Local Government Area from the list
    4. Click the Green Proceed Button at the bottom of page
    5. On your Dashboard, under the section called My Properties, Click View Property Details
