About EPLUC

To prevent the menace of double taxation and to improve the ease of doing business in the state; the Land Use Charge (Ammendment) Law, No 7, 2016, Laws of Enugu State mandates the collection of a consolidated Land Use Charge which replaces the Tenement rate and Ground rent.

When your property is tagged, you will be able to:

  • View all bills attached to your property online
  • Make Payment for Bills with ease
  • Download and Print Payment Receipts

Without a Property ID, you will be unable to view or pay bills that are attached to your property. Click the button to request for enumeration of your property.

  • How to update your property / contact information

    To Update Your Property Information please follow these steps:
    1. Download the Property Update Form here
    2. Fill the appropraite form (Individual or Corporate)
    3. Submit at the address listed here. Or scan the completed form and send vie email to properties@epluc.ng

  • How to verify a Land Use Charge (LUC) bill online

  • How to make payment for your LUC bill

    To Make Payment for any bill issued for your property please follow these steps:
    1. Click here to Log into your Dashboard
    2. Enter the Property ID. This should be shown on your bill
    3. Select the Local Government Area from the list
    4. Click the Green Proceed Button at the bottom of page
    5. If it is your first time of using the service, then you MAY need to update your contact details
    6. Click View All Bills on your dashboard
    7. Click the Pay button that corresponds to the bill you want to make payment for
    8. You can take the EPRR to the bank to make payment or Click Pay Online to make payment with your Nigerian Debit Card
    9. If you decide to make payment at the bank, you can download the Bill to have your EPRR handy.

  • How to download your e-Revenue Receipt after LUC Payment

    To download your e-Revenue Receipt please follow these steps:
    1. Click here to Log into your Dashboard
    2. Enter the Property ID. This should be shown on your bill
    3. Select the Local Government Area from the list
    4. Click the Green Proceed Button at the bottom of page
    5. Click My Payments on the navigation tab, then click Payment Receipts
    6. Enter your EPRR or Payment Reference then click the Search Button
    7. Your Bill detail will be displayed. Now Click Download Receipt.

  • How to confirm your Property ID

    To confirm your Property ID please follow these steps:
    1. Click here to Log into your Dashboard
    2. Enter the Property ID you have.
    3. Select the Local Government Area from the list
    4. Click the Green Proceed Button at the bottom of page
    5. You should be logged into your Dashboard where you can verify your details
    6. If you are not logged in, then your Property ID may be wrong. Try again or contact us at properties@epluc.ng

  • How to view and download your LUC Bill Online

    To View and Download your LUC Bill Online please follow these steps: 1. Click here to Log into your Dashboard
    2. Enter the Property ID. This should be shown on your bill
    3. Select the Local Government Area from the list
    4. Click the Green Proceed Button at the bottom of page
    5. If it is your first time of using the service, then you MAY need to update your contact details
    6. Click View All Bills on your dashboard
    7. Click the Action button that corresponds to the bill you want to view or download
    8. Now select View Details or Download Bill

    To view the picture and details of your property online please follow these steps:
    1. Click here to Log into your Dashboard
    2. Enter the Property ID. This should be shown on your bill
    3. Select the Local Government Area from the list
    4. Click the Green Proceed Button at the bottom of page
    5. On your Dashboard, under the section called My Properties, Click View Property Details
